Nobody knows what they are. When they arrive in swarms they leave behind destroyed solar systems and civilisations. Even a single ship can wreck devastation. To this day it is unclear if they are ships or actual living organisms since no one survives direct contact.

Every faction has different strengths and weaknesses that have effects in different areas.
Preferred planet type
Colonists on planets with this class reproduce 20% faster.
Preferred temperature
The more the planet's temperature differs from the faction's preferred temperature the less the population grows. If both temperatures have a difference greater than 30°C the population does not grow.
Tax rate
A value of 100% will yield 8 Cantox with 1000 colonists. A value of 150% will yield 12 Cantox.
